U.S. markets closed lower on Tuesday, amid inflationary pressures. Inflation continues to be on the rise in the United States with wholesale prices posting a year-on-year record of 9.6% in November, according to date releases by the government on Tuesday.
Meanwhile, European stock markets did not follow the positives of the increase in annual industrial production, closing mixed.
